Dazzling earthen lamps, vivid lights, finger-licking food, and mesmerizing rangolis are the real gems of Diwali Celebration. Diwali is the synonym for fun, gaiety, and jollification, and a sheer time to enjoy the Indian Culture. The warmth from diyas, the wrinkling of fairy lights and the colorful rangolis make the day a celebration.

Diwali is the best of times for everyone –A time to celebrate life, express the joy of living, to forgive, and come together. It’s a festival of giving, bonding, and sharing joy with your loved ones. This statement held the backdrop of the Diwali celebration at Deftsoft this year. The HR department at Deftsoft made every possible effort to make the Diwali celebration enjoyable, giving employees and even the managers a break from the daily routine.

Festivals like Diwali offer an opportunity to leave the stress behind and blend in with the festivities. A time to flaunt your ethnic side and savor on the finger-licking delicacies that you can’t say no to even if you are not a sweet lover. Being the second home, Deftsoft made sure employees felt special as they are the foundations of the reputable institution. The festive time was all about sharing a beautiful bond with the employees and giving them a reason to embark on their future journey with a smile on their face.

Diwali at Deftsoft was a gala affair. Starting from the decorations, everything looked grand. Every floor was decorated, keeping in mind the Diwali theme, which was all about lights and Diwali paper lanterns. The entrance was decorated with fresh flowers and innovative Diwali rangolis, keeping up with the Diwali tradition at Deftsoft. As a step towards protecting the environment and keeping the pandemic in mind, Deftsoft promoted eco-friendly Diwali by ditching crackers for the beautiful and classy diyas, which were placed where there was no risk of fire.

HR planned and managed games inside the office area for employees to help them relax and enjoy their work. Everything was planned and organized with perfection, and other series of events were scheduled to recall and glorify Indian Culture.

Diwali is incomplete without tasty treats, and keeping this in mind, Deftsoft celebrated the festival of light with their employees by distributing sweets. And, to add to the festivities, men and women at Deftsoft family looked their stylish best by getting all dolled up in their beautiful ethnic wear. We know there is no fun in looking your stylish best if there is no one to appreciate your beauty and efforts. This is why the HR department organized a photo session to appreciate the efforts taken by the men and women to glam up the celebrations. Smiling pictures of employees looking ravishing in traditional wear provided a great feed to post on the Deftsoft Instagram account.

Not the end, but the beginning of the festive season concluded with the gift distribution. Managers distributed beautiful gifts between the team leads, and employees congratulating them for their work, and looked forward to celebrating more festivals with them in the coming year. The lasting note was an encouraging speech from the CEO, Mr. Amaneet Singh Brar, and Director of Operations, Mr. Amaninder Singh Brar.

Nothing screams louder like a happy team of “Defsoft Family” shouting “High Sir!”, when asked to show excitement with auspiciousness on question- “How’s the Josh?”

Of all the days in Deftsoft, Christmas has always come up with smiles and desires, awakening the strongest associations among teams. Remember the time of year hot chocolate, Santa’s gifts, lighted trees and finger licking treats on table?  We took our employees through this memory lane by ideating it all for real for Christmas celebrations in the office.

Delicious treats, heart-warming games and activities were just a glimpse of on-the-floor Christmas Celebrations. Christmas is all about getting presents, presents and of course presents!

What could have been a better occasion to enjoy the togetherness and achievements with awards, than Christmas and New Year? Everyone joined in a happy and renewed spirit for the beginning of something brand new this time. The turn up of new decade was marked with a powerful start of felicitation ceremonies, as awardees were given feather on their caps with “Employee of the Month” Trophies for exceptional professionalism and team spirits extended, throughout the year.

The hidden talents of dancing, motivational speakers, poems and group performances came out of nowhere, making the part a lot more happening. Don’t be surprised if you see Managers dancing with their partners on the floor, making everyone groove on their beats with them. It’s surely was a classic experience, with a live speech by Honorable Mr. Amaneet Brar (Managing Director) and words of wisdom by Worthy Mr. Amaninder Brar (Director of Operations).

A trophy stands for one of the kind team – Especially when they’ve worked hard all year to be the “Department of the Year” and the award was bagged by Mobile department!

Props and everything related to “Instagram post of the year” was waiting for our in our Photo booth, designed to bring festive spirit on the floor. The photo sessions indeed brought out immense joy, and laughter, adding colorful vibes to the venue.
The New Year is the reason and season to junk out and scrub bad habits out of their life, turning a blind eye to secretly piled up personality that we know nothing about. The resolutions activity remarked this and the winner was treated with the best resolution 2020, making it a great way to break the ice between teams.

No party is party without dance and music. With a playlist, that you cannot resist, everyone got musical and got everyone singing along.

So here’s a toast- no matter what all happened in the past- a toast to a great year left behind, a toast to shining future of the DEFTSOFT, a toast to having worked with such a talented team beside, and cheers to our clients for continuous support throughout 2019! International Women’s Day Celebration by Stepping towards Gender-Equality

Friday, March 8th, 2019 – International Women’s day was celebrated at Live Deftsoft Informatics with a grand salute to all women by paying debts of gratitude for their incredible efforts, day and night in each sphere of life.

Going with the theme of this year, “Think Equal, Build Smart, Innovate for Change,” inspired us to take one step forward in making this world a gender balanced world. At Deftsoft, we admire the natural way of upbringing and differentiating among boys and girls, but we also enforce that the change lies within. It starts with taking a baby step at a time. Although, we do agree that the mindset takes time to change yet at the same time small changes are the foundation for a more significant difference!

At our campus, a food competition held for the boys who cooked delicious dishes for the management and guests. A couple of lovely ladies for their best dressing sense were invited and presented with the crowns. A winner was declared later on by the panel of judges.

The way, boys team volunteered to come forward and enthusiastically participate in the competition created an atmosphere of joy and happiness. It was fun watching the boy’s group of participants sharing each ones recipes and helping each other in decorating the food.  Along with the management team, a panel of judges tasted the dishes, and after a lot of juggling, a winner from boys team got selected for cooking a traditional mouthwatering dish (Gajar ka Halwa).

To celebrate the efforts of women, Deftsoft has continuously moved with a unified direction to galvanize and collectively build a support system for women employees. The ratio of women employees equal to men is itself a declaration to the world that we have already decided to make a gender- similar working culture. 2019 Lohri Celebration at Deftsoft Informatics

It’s the beginning of a new harvest season. At Deftsoft Informatics, we celebrated Lohri festival with the great zeal and enthusiasm with a bonfire and a musical evening with DJ Dhol beat with chilled out vibes.

The Deftsoft family was reverberated with applause and joyous shout by welcoming the entire management along with the family members by gracing the occasion. The inspiring words of our Director, Mr. Amaninder Brar addressed the gathering in a warm embracing manner. His words filled all of us with high spirits and joy.

As our tradition, we start every occasion by evaluating our strengths to advance towards attaining our goals and to be known as leading IT solution providers in the region. The entire team was brimming with fresh determination as the star members were recognized for their tireless efforts. The trophies to the winners for their outstanding performance in their respective areas were awarded. The recognition for hard work filled us to set fresh goals to surpass our seniors.

For every member, this was a moment to feel pride and at the same time an inspiration to drive swiftly to achieve new targets. The appreciation from management and seniors for award winners were truly delightful. Their genuine engagement in conversation with winners and photographs filled the atmosphere with positive energies. The speeches from the respective departmental heads were like a preview to set our goals for next year.

Then came the time to enjoy the Lohri swag. Wait, before the much awaited moment to rock on the floor came, there were thrilling on the spot performances by our teammates. A melody of songs, a dance performance was the main attractions. On the spot, a few fun-filled games were played which were mesmerizing. A loud laughter in the air spread by watching our team members juggling to win in the games such as paper dancing. Oh! How the next generation of Deftsoft family be not part of the celebration? The tiny toddlers present gave a live performance. The joy and a feeling of togetherness filled our hearts with a sense of being a part of Deftsoft family.

The Lohri celebration with bonfire followed with the distribution of Rewari, Munghfali and Popcorn followed by tea and snacks.  We greeted each other and celebrated the festival with true essence with a twist of high spirits. In the end, all were on the dance floor enjoying and dancing on Punjabi beats.

Finally, the celebration came to its end by opening new doors of friendship and shared a commitment to take Deftsoft to its next level by exerting and indulging ourselves to excel in every area of our service!

Refreshing Our Pledge to Promote “Go Green” Campaign

A birthday is a time to celebrate birth itself with an expression of thanks to God for being born. It is also an occasion to refresh your determinations and rethink your responsibility towards society. It is a great time to reflect on the past, evaluate your present and make plans for your future.  With the same sense of responsibility and realization to understand the utmost needs of the area around, Deftsoft Informatics, celebrated the birth of our honorable Managing Director, Mr. Amaneet Brar by cake –cutting ceremony.

To add a valuable cliché that can be reincarnated in our memories, Sir inspired everyone with his thoughts and a clear vision for future development.

It is a universal fact that life is beautiful because of the existence of life, itself. The tranquility of land can be cherished and maintained if we care for our motherland.

In avalanche to bring positive changes in the industrial area of Mohali (Punjab) where our corporate office is situated, a tree plantation, in the realm to support “#Go Green” campaign was organized. To maintain the cleanliness of roadsides, this was an excellent exercise which we promise to carry forward in the future too. For the overall development of the industrial area, it was a fantastic step towards maintaining a green and pollution free environment.

The honorable Managing Director, Mr. Amaneet Brar expressed his feelings to build a neat and beautiful area to spin in the orbit of greenery. He exemplified the awareness of people in other parts of the world to live healthier in a neat and clean environment. Also, he mentioned in his speech that the change starts from an individual which results in big revolutions.

Christmas Celebrations and a Big Cheer to 2019 with Fresh Goals

With Christmas and New Year’s celebrations, our team has happily landed in the New Year with new milestones to achieve!  With the year end celebrations and successful achievements, the team, Deftsoft is stepping ahead into 2019 with the same zeal and sense of responsibility, towards achieving bigger goals and taking the company to the next level.

Celebrations have a great significance at the organization level. We celebrate every occasion to build a positive morale which results in increased employee motivation. With the continued tradition, at Christmas Day, the entire team was overwhelmed by welcoming a decorated Christmas tree at the reception area.

Later in the day, receiving gifts from Santa Clause were amazing. Clicking pictures and combined celebrations were a super fun. The competition among the different teams not only motivated all of us, but was an add on to the celebration.

When the winner’s names were announced, they had a feeling of pride. We all were looking forward to see their gifts. This certainly boosted our energy levels. We all enthusiastically started counting for the New Year celebrations.

Festivals are always a source of joy and happiness for all.  For working professionals, it is a time to set New Year’s resolutions. At Deftsoft, we like to keep realistic goals. With happiness and joy we started 2019 like a normal working day, but with each team determined in their minds to achieve milestones and grow as an organization providing IT services and programming solutions to the world.

The office celebrations  is the opportunity for team members to meet and mingle with other team members whom they don’t normally get to talk, especially in a big team like ours. This way we get the chance to meet and greet each other with a sense of responsibility that we are working together to achieve personal as well as organizational growth.

At Deftsoft, New Year Celebration (2019), was an occasion to share the diversity and to build a close network of employees on a common platform, where each one can cherish and understand the working culture of each stream. International Women’s Day 2018 Celebrating the Elegance of Womanhood

Mothers, sisters, friends, fiancées, wives, daughters, aunts…… For once, just think your life without them? Not possible, right? When we can’t even imagine our lives without them, the mere thought of spending one day without their presence sends acold shiver down the spine. We owe everything to these lovely women in our lives; from a loving mother to teasing sister and supporting wife to darling daughter, they have kept on sacrificing their moments and happiness that ultimately paved the path of our success. And for their sacrifices, we can’t do anything to repay them! But, on the eve of International Women’s Day, the family of Live Deftsoft takes the opportunity to thank them from the core of our heart for all that they have done for us without any selfish thought.

On the eve of International Women’s Day that is celebrated worldwide on 8th of March every year, Deftsoft decided to celebrate this beautiful day in a unique way. There was a cooking competition among the lovely ladies of Deftsoft and boy, we were simply impressed with their culinary skills! When the dishes were presented, it felt as if we are watching an episode of Master Chef. Our ladies proved that no one can multitask better than them. They showed that if they can handle a project, they can also create culinary masterpieces. After the competition, the management gifted a beautiful red rose for every lady that she truly deserves one for being the ambitious, fierce and loving person.

In the end, all we want to say is a big Thank You for being there and being a part of our life!

 

Deftsoft Celebrated 12th Anniversary Milestone with Enthusiasm

Recently, DEFTSOFT completed its 12 years of excellence in the field of Information Technology. We celebrated our 12th Anniversary by organizing an event that will be remembered for a long time. The honorable CEO of our company Mr. Amaneet Brar addressed the complete Deftsoft Family of over 250 employees with his motivational speech on the significance of hard work in our lives. He, along with the Managing Director of the company Mr. Amaninder Brar and other Managing Heads inaugurated the event with the cake cutting ceremony. All the Managers from different departments shared their journey with Deftsoft and reflected the milestones that the company has achieved in these 12 years.

This event turned exciting when our HR department organized amazing contests for the employees. The employees participated actively and the winners were awarded by the management team. This inspirational and fun-filled event raised the hopes and aspirations of the employees for the company to work with more enthusiasm and achieve more success. This was followed by the refreshment treats which everyone enjoyed with their colleagues.

All-in-all it was a splendid experience, a great way to unite the complete working staff, and motivating the employees for the better future of the company.
