Mother’s Day 2022: A Day to Honor the Selfless Love and Affection of a Mother

Being a mother is one of the most important roles a woman can ever play. The relationship of a mother and child is the most precious relationship that starts even before childbirth.  She provides unconditional love and care to her child. A mother is the best role model and teacher who can discipline and educate her child for a bright future.

Mother’s Day is an occasion that is celebrated across the globe to express respect, honor, and love towards mothers. Deftsoft celebrated mother’s day to show appreciation and gratitude for the valuable contribution of mothers, and to acknowledge their role in our society. On Mother’s Day, 2022, the employees of Deftsoft received the golden chance to show their workplace to their mothers. Every mother became familiar with the work culture and vision of Deftsoft. This was the most precious moment when every mother was filled with pride and happiness as they could see their child’s extraordinary achievements and career growth.

Deftsoft organized a tea party on Mother’s Day, 2022, which was attended by mothers of employees working in various departments of Deftsoft. The mother’s day celebration became more special with the esteemed presence of Director of Internship and Training, Mrs. Sukhjit Kaur Brar, who gave an enlightening speech and recited poetry on mother. After this speech, the talented employees of Deftsoft performed poetry and mimicry, which was enjoyed and loved by everyone.  

Every employee gave a red rose and greeting card to their mother. A competitive game round was also held for mothers in which they had to place the spoon with lemon in their mouth and walk fast to reach the target for winning the round. Mothers who won this game were selected for the second round with employees.

In this round, mothers and employees had to compete in the dumb charades game in which they had to act and guess the movie. There were 3 winners in the second round. The final round was taken to find out how well employees know their mothers. The winner of the game was given a special gift hamper.

A video with amazing pictures of mothers and employees was presented on this occasion along with a beautiful song. A token of love was also gifted to every mother.

A group picture was clicked with all mothers and employees. Delicious snacks were served at the tea party, and a light-hearted conversation took place among everyone.     

All mothers visited the workstation and posed for pictures with employees, making this occasion more memorable. This visit was a great opportunity to make mothers familiar with the work environment and work culture of Deftsoft.

In the end, CEO, Mr. Amaneet Singh Brar, and Director of Operations, Mr. Amaninder Singh Brar, extended their warm greetings on this special occasion. They met all mothers and took blessings from them.

All the employees dressed up smartly in formals for the ceremony, and the excitement was clearly visible in the office environment. HR team made sure to get the arrangements done before time to make the event a grand success. The award ceremony started with the enlightening speech of CEO Mr. Amaneet Singh Brar and Director of Operations, Mr. Amaninder Singh Brar. They expressed their gratitude and appreciated the employees for their hard work, dedication, and perseverance. They conveyed their heartfelt thanks to each and every member of the Deftsoft family and acknowledged the efforts employees make to strengthen the organization’s pillars. 

Later, as the ceremony proceeded, 12 employees from every department were awarded the ‘star of the month’ trophy. To add a spark to the event and make it more fun-filled, this year management introduced some new titles and awards for the employees. Like, the best-dressed employees were given the title of ‘The Hero With a Tie’ and the fresh faces in the organization were awarded as ‘The Budding Star’ for their amazing performance in a short span of time. The title of ‘Mr/Ms Consistent’ was given to praise the punctuality of the employees. The ambiance was filled with enthusiasm, and the awardees were filled with zeal to exhibit superior performance in the coming year as well.

The most exciting and enthralling part of the event was the award for the best department of the year. The shining trophy and title ‘League of Super Heroes’ was awarded to the Internet Marketing Department for their best overall performance. CEO, Mr. Amaneet Singh Brar, motivated the employees who did not grab the award this year to work harder in the future. In the end, all the employees took selfies and clicked pictures with their trophies.
