Christmas & New Year’s – Engages the whole world in a conspiracy of love

Welcome to the season of joy, celebrations, and festivities. Christmas sings and sways away our hearts. Christmas celebrations in the workplace with colleagues can foster new relationships and strengthen old ones by doing something special and amazing for your loved ones. Christmas is the ideal time to reward and congratulate your staff while also providing a reprieve from all of the workplace stress. And, as shown in our Christmas celebration, “workers come first” at Deftsoft.

The Deftsoft crew has enthusiastically landed in the New Year with new milestones to pursue after celebrating Christmas and New Year’s! With year-end festivities and successful accomplishments, the Deftsoft team enters 2023 with the same energy and sense of duty, intending to reach higher goals and uplift the organization to the next level.

The entire workplace was done out in glittering lights, with a Christmas tree covered with traditional ornaments, wreaths, and balloons. Of course, the Christmas celebration is incomplete without the red and white color, so the Talent Management team ensured to transform the office the Christmas colors. The office premises had never looked this beautiful.

Christmas isn’t just about the décor, is it? What’s the point of celebrating without having fun? It’s time to start playing “Secret Santa,” a Christmas ritual in which team members randomly draw names to become someone’s Santa. The guessing game began when the chits were given. Everyone was given a wishlist of present ideas from which to choose, making the Christmas party memorable for all employees and managers alike. The pure thrill of receiving gifts from co-workers and superiors was unparalleled.

As the year 2022 comes to an end, we are entering in 2023 with same zeal, enthusiasm, and passion. With a planned timeline, Deftsoft will ensure that 2023 would become a year to remember for our valuable clientele and industrious talent.

Mr. Amaneet Singh Brar, the CEO, and Mr. Amaninder Singh Brar, Director of Operations, closed the Christmas celebrations on a positive note with their warm wishes and heartfelt message.

Christmas Celebration 2021: Festival of Joy, Peace, and Happiness Celebrated at Deftsoft

December is the most awaited month of the year because it is the happiest time of the year. The excitement of festivities and celebrations is at its peak, and joy can be felt in the air. The chilling winter, snow, and holiday season makes all of us a bit lazy to stay indoors, but CHRISTMAS brings all the people together. From getting the perfect Christmas tree to putting the twinkling Christmas lights, house parties, and building winter wonderland indoors, there are a lot of thrilling things to do. This year it is more wonderful as people have come together and reunited with their loved ones for celebration after a long time because of the pandemic.

When it comes to Christmas Celebration, many people think that this special time of the year should be spent and enjoyed with family and friends. However, at Deftsoft we don’t miss any chance of celebration in office. We believe in making every occasion special for our employees and take it as an opportunity to build and nurture a relationship with the ‘work family.’ In addition, such special fun and exciting celebrations make our workplace enthusiastic and refreshed, and motivate the staff to work harder. After all, Christmas is all about sharing love, affection, and gratitude.

This year, Christmas was great fun for the Deftsoft family. The entire office was decked with twinkling lights, and a Christmas tree decorated with classic ornaments, wreaths, and balloons. Christmas celebration is incomplete without the red and white color, so the HR team ensured to turn the office in the color of Christmas. All our employees were dressed in red or white color outfits, and the workspace was also decorated with red and white balloons. The office looked ‘picture-perfect,’ and employees didn’t miss the chance to click selfies and pictures with astonishing Christmas décor.

The attraction of the day was a cute little Santa who distributed Christmas sweets to the employees. At Deftsoft, we believe in rewarding the efforts, so that’s what we did at the end of the day. A gift hamper was given to the employee who dressed up perfectly according to the Christmas theme.

Christmas is the most awaited time of the year, and we made sure to celebrate it in the best way possible. In the end, CEO, Mr. Amaneet Singh Brar, and Director of Operations, Mr. Amaninder Singh Brar, extended their Christmas greetings and wished good health, love, abundance, and everlasting joy to everyone.

We hope New Year brings you all you have wished for. On this special occasion, we also want to thank all our amazing employees for their hard work, dedication, and perseverance. Christmas Celebration at Deftsoft Was a Memorable Moment

Winter brings a lot of things that we find hard to embrace: snow, the gut wrenching cold, and the struggle of getting out of your cozy bed. But, with all the challenges winter brings with it, there is something to appreciate. Yes, we are talking about Christmas. With the arrival of December, one thing is certain; it’s time for the red and white theme to engulf the atmosphere. Christmas is the time of the year, where we strengthen our relationship between our personal and professional lives.  It’s the wonderful time of the year when people get together with their loved ones to celebrate with pomp and gaiety. 

And, if you think Christmas is the time to celebrate with only your loved ones, Deftsoft is here to change your perspective.  Celebrating Christmas in your office can harbor new relationships, build existing ones by doing something unique and wonderful for your loved ones.  Christmas offers the best opportunity to reward and appreciate your employees and give them a reprise from all the workplace stress. And, for Deftsoft, “employees come first,” which was depicted in our Christmas celebration. 

It has been a tough year all around for everyone. To end the year with a smile and with a hope of a prosperous year ahead, we started our Christmas celebrations. HR made an extra effort to bring something new to the platter while preserving the Christmas culture. To begin with, the entire office was decorated with beautiful lights and Christmas ornaments.  The Christmas tree was draped with a tree topper, wreaths, and light, giving employees a reason to flock around and take pictures that would find a place on their Instagram.

Well, Christmas is not only about decorations, right?  It’s time to play “Secret Santa.”  Secret Santa is the Christmas tradition, where team members drew random names to become someone’s Santa.  After the chits were distributed, the guessing game started. Everyone was given a wishlist of gift ideas to choose from, making Christmas celebration memorable for every employee and managers too.  The sheer joy of receiving gifts from your office colleagues and managers was unmatched.  

When we thought the celebrations were over, Deftsoft had something even more exciting up their sleeves.

Living up to their tradition, a cute little Santa glorified the tradition by distributing Christmas sweets amongst the employees. And, when there is a cute Santa on your floor, why not take a picture with him. Last but not least, the celebrations came to an end with the surprise contest of the “Closest Santa.” The employee who took efforts to look somewhat close to Santa was given a gift hamper with exciting goodies.

Christmas celebrations ended on a virtuous note with the Christmas wishes from CEO, Mr. Amaneet Singh Brar, and Director of Operations, Mr.Amaninder Singh Brar.
