The Deftsoft crew has enthusiastically landed in the New Year with new milestones to pursue after celebrating Christmas and New Year’s! With year-end festivities and successful accomplishments, the Deftsoft team enters 2023 with the same energy and sense of duty, intending to reach higher goals and uplift the organization to the next level.
The entire workplace was done out in glittering lights, with a Christmas tree covered with traditional ornaments, wreaths, and balloons. Of course, the Christmas celebration is incomplete without the red and white color, so the Talent Management team ensured to transform the office the Christmas colors. The office premises had never looked this beautiful.
Christmas isn’t just about the décor, is it? What’s the point of celebrating without having fun? It’s time to start playing “Secret Santa,” a Christmas ritual in which team members randomly draw names to become someone’s Santa. The guessing game began when the chits were given. Everyone was given a wishlist of present ideas from which to choose, making the Christmas party memorable for all employees and managers alike. The pure thrill of receiving gifts from co-workers and superiors was unparalleled.
As the year 2022 comes to an end, we are entering in 2023 with same zeal, enthusiasm, and passion. With a planned timeline, Deftsoft will ensure that 2023 would become a year to remember for our valuable clientele and industrious talent.

Mother’s Day is an occasion that is celebrated across the globe to express respect, honor, and love towards mothers. Deftsoft celebrated mother’s day to show appreciation and gratitude for the valuable contribution of mothers, and to acknowledge their role in our society. We believe in creating special memories on every occasion and consistently put our best efforts for strengthening the bond with our employees.
On Mother’s Day, 2022, the employees of Deftsoft received the golden chance to show their workplace to their mothers. Every mother became familiar with the work culture and vision of Deftsoft. This was the most precious moment when every mother was filled with pride and happiness as they could see their child’s extraordinary achievements and career growth.
Deftsoft organized a tea party on Mother’s Day, 2022, which was attended by mothers of employees working in various departments of Deftsoft. The mother’s day celebration became more special with the esteemed presence of Director of Internship and Training, Mrs. Sukhjit Kaur Brar, who gave an enlightening speech and recited poetry on mother. After this speech, the talented employees of Deftsoft performed poetry and mimicry, which was enjoyed and loved by everyone.
Every employee gave a red rose and greeting card to their mother. A competitive game round was also held for mothers in which they had to place the spoon with lemon in their mouth and walk fast to reach the target for winning the round. Mothers who won this game were selected for the second round with employees.
In this round, mothers and employees had to compete in the dumb charades game in which they had to act and guess the movie. There were 3 winners in the second round. The final round was taken to find out how well employees know their mothers. The winner of the game was given a special gift hamper.
A video with amazing pictures of mothers and employees was presented on this occasion along with a beautiful song. A token of love was also gifted to every mother.
A group picture was clicked with all mothers and employees. Delicious snacks were served at the tea party, and a light-hearted conversation took place among everyone.
All mothers visited the workstation and posed for pictures with employees, making this occasion more memorable. This visit was a great opportunity to make mothers familiar with the work environment and work culture of Deftsoft.
In the end, CEO, Mr. Amaneet Singh Brar, and Director of Operations, Mr. Amaninder Singh Brar, extended their warm greetings on this special occasion. They met all mothers and took blessings from them.

But, to make our deserving employees feel more special and valued at work, we organized a Rewards and Recognition Ceremony. It was a great fun-filled event where we acknowledged our employees for the efforts they put into their daily work in the year 2021.
All the employees dressed up smartly in formals for the ceremony, and the excitement was clearly visible in the office environment. HR team made sure to get the arrangements done before time to make the event a grand success. The award ceremony started with the enlightening speech of CEO Mr. Amaneet Singh Brar and Director of Operations, Mr. Amaninder Singh Brar. They expressed their gratitude and appreciated the employees for their hard work, dedication, and perseverance. They conveyed their heartfelt thanks to each and every member of the Deftsoft family and acknowledged the efforts employees make to strengthen the organization’s pillars.
Later, as the ceremony proceeded, 12 employees from every department were awarded the ‘star of the month’ trophy. To add a spark to the event and make it more fun-filled, this year management introduced some new titles and awards for the employees. Like, the best-dressed employees were given the title of ‘The Hero With a Tie’ and the fresh faces in the organization were awarded as ‘The Budding Star’ for their amazing performance in a short span of time. The title of ‘Mr/Ms Consistent’ was given to praise the punctuality of the employees. The ambiance was filled with enthusiasm, and the awardees were filled with zeal to exhibit superior performance in the coming year as well.
The most exciting and enthralling part of the event was the award for the best department of the year. The shining trophy and title ‘League of Super Heroes’ was awarded to the Internet Marketing Department for their best overall performance. CEO, Mr. Amaneet Singh Brar, motivated the employees who did not grab the award this year to work harder in the future. In the end, all the employees took selfies and clicked pictures with their trophies.
The growth and success of Deftsoft are the results of our dedicated employees who work hard to achieve the business goals. The motto for International Women’s Day 2022 is ‘gender equality today for a sustainable tomorrow’. This year, WHO is recognizing and promoting women’s participation in building a healthier and sustainable future. In addition, the campaign theme for IWD2022 is #BreakTheBias to promote gender equality globally. With this in mind, we at Deftsoft celebrated women’s day with great joy and enthusiasm to remind our female colleagues of the power they hold.

All the gorgeous ladies were dressed beautifully in Indian and Western attires. The HR team presented the lovely yellow roses to all the beautiful women, which added warmth, joy, and cheer to the office environment. Along with the rose, a greeting card with handwritten notes was presented to each woman to appreciate their contribution, dedication, and hard work for the organization’s growth. Of course, such memorable moments are incomplete without selfies and pictures, right? So, all the ladies clicked group photos and flaunted their roses and cards to capture the precious moments in a frame.
Later, an event was organized where all the women participated enthusiastically and enjoyed themselves to the fullest. The event started with the motivating and inspiring speech of the CEO, Mr. Amaneet Singh Brar, and Director of Operations, Mr. Amaninder Singh Brar. They shared their insightful views on the importance of women in our life. They thanked the beautiful ladies of Deftsoft for walking shoulder to shoulder with their male colleagues for the organization’s growth.
After that, the pretty ladies competed for the ‘women of the year’ title, which sparked the event. In the first round, the top 10 women were selected based on their attire and look of the day. The second round was the talent round, where we tested the brains of our beauties with some interesting and fun questions. The last and final round was the thrilling Gol Gappa competition which added icing to the cake. After these fun games, the ladies enjoyed the delicious pizza party. The celebration of the day ended with dance, drama, and music. All the women danced their hearts out on Punjabi and Bollywood songs and had a blast.
Women are strong, independent, fearless, divine, and compassionate. Undoubtedly, the future belongs to females, and celebrating women’s social, economic, cultural, and political achievements is important. December is the most awaited month of the year because it is the happiest time of the year. The excitement of festivities and celebrations is at its peak, and joy can be felt in the air. The chilling winter, snow, and holiday season makes all of us a bit lazy to stay indoors, but CHRISTMAS brings all the people together. From getting the perfect Christmas tree to putting the twinkling Christmas lights, house parties, and building winter wonderland indoors, there are a lot of thrilling things to do. This year it is more wonderful as people have come together and reunited with their loved ones for celebration after a long time because of the pandemic.
When it comes to Christmas Celebration, many people think that this special time of the year should be spent and enjoyed with family and friends. However, at Deftsoft we don’t miss any chance of celebration in office. We believe in making every occasion special for our employees and take it as an opportunity to build and nurture a relationship with the ‘work family.’ In addition, such special fun and exciting celebrations make our workplace enthusiastic and refreshed, and motivate the staff to work harder. Christmas celebration is incomplete without the red and white color, so the HR team ensured to turn the office in the color of Christmas. All our employees were dressed in red or white color outfits, and the workspace was also decorated with red and white balloons. The attraction of the day was a cute little Santa who distributed Christmas sweets to the employees. At Deftsoft, we believe in rewarding the efforts, so that’s what we did at the end of the day. A gift hamper was given to the employee who dressed up perfectly according to the Christmas theme.

This month gave us another reason to celebrate the coming up of Independence Day. As we entered the 75th Independence Day, it was imperative to remember our freedom fighters because of whom we are able to relieve this day. With the tri-colour theme, the Independence Day celebrations started with a bang. The entire office looked vibrant in Independence Day decorations that made everyone feel special and encouraged a feeling of patriotism coupled with a lot of fun. To keep the spirit of Independence Day high, fun activities were performed, along with group photos and flag hoisting. The celebrations came to an end with a patriotic speech from our esteem, management saluting our brave soldiers for their incredible valor and courage. As proud Indians, we look forward to many more years of freedom and achievements while remembering our freedom fighters that made this day possible.

8th March, celebrated as International Women’s Day is marked as a day of celebration and advocacy for swomen’s rights and equality worldwide. 2020 and 2021 reflected the achievements women accomplished in different spheres of life. Countries with women leaders like New Zealand, Germany, and Bangladesh received global praise for how they effectively handled the COVID-19 pandemic. Kamala Harris raised the bar by becoming the first female Black and South Asian American Vice President of the USA.
These examples represent how society has created a more inclusive and equitable environment for all the wonderful women out there. Women’s Day offers an opportunity to empower one another, celebrate lady friends and recognize the hard work, sacrifices, and women’s social, economic, cultural, and political achievements.
This year the theme for International Women’s Day is #ChooseToChallenge. The theme is all about challenging the status quo by raising awareness against discrimination, celebrating achievements, and taking action for women’s equality. Keeping this theme in mind, Deftsoft celebrated International Women’s Day by showing our commitment to challenging inequality by appreciating women employees’ hard work and diligence throughout the year.

And, when there is a cute Santa on your floor, why not take a picture with him. Last but not least, the celebrations came to an end with the surprise contest of the “Closest Santa.” The employee who took efforts to look somewhat close to Santa was given a gift hamper with exciting goodies.
