Rewards and Recognition Ceremony: Appreciating and Recognizing the Contribution of Employees

Appreciation is one of the most important forms of motivation. When someone tells us, thanks, you did a great job, we feel warm and appreciated. From appreciating the random act of kindness to praising employees for their hard work, appreciation spills into all elements of life. 

In the workplace, appreciation and recognition help create a positive organizational culture and strengthen the employee-leader relationship. In addition, recognition and appreciation motivate the employees to work harder in the future and drive their performance. So, it’s a positive spiral. 

Deftsoft believes appreciating the employees’ contribution to the organization’s growth is important. It is reflected in our work culture where appreciation and giving positive feedback for good ongoing work is a daily event. But, to make our deserving employees feel more special and valued at work, we organized a Rewards and Recognition Ceremony. It was a great fun-filled event where we acknowledged our employees for the efforts they put into their daily work in the year 2021. 


All the employees dressed up smartly in formals for the ceremony, and the excitement was clearly visible in the office environment. HR team made sure to get the arrangements done before time to make the event a grand success. The award ceremony started with the enlightening speech of CEO Mr. Amaneet Singh Brar and Director of Operations, Mr. Amaninder Singh Brar. They expressed their gratitude and appreciated the employees for their hard work, dedication, and perseverance. They conveyed their heartfelt thanks to each and every member of the Deftsoft family and acknowledged the efforts employees make to strengthen the organization’s pillars. 

Later, as the ceremony proceeded, 12 employees from every department were awarded the ‘star of the month’ trophy. To add a spark to the event and make it more fun-filled, this year management introduced some new titles and awards for the employees. Like, the best-dressed employees were given the title of ‘The Hero With a Tie’ and the fresh faces in the organization were awarded as ‘The Budding Star’ for their amazing performance in a short span of time. The title of ‘Mr/Ms Consistent’ was given to praise the punctuality of the employees. The ambiance was filled with enthusiasm, and the awardees were filled with zeal to exhibit superior performance in the coming year as well.

The most exciting and enthralling part of the event was the award for the best department of the year. The shining trophy and title ‘League of Super Heroes’ was awarded to the Internet Marketing Department for their best overall performance. CEO, Mr. Amaneet Singh Brar, motivated the employees who did not grab the award this year to work harder in the future. In the end, all the employees took selfies and clicked pictures with their trophies. 

The growth and success of Deftsoft are the results of our dedicated employees who work hard to achieve the business goals. So, we strive to build a work environment that everyone wants to be a part of. Smiling employees, shining trophies, and treats for winners are the ultimate motivation that keeps us going forward!!!
