Refund and Cancellation Policy

Live Deftsoft (P) Ltd. has a clear refund policy that adheres to standardized practices and the latest industry norms. We follow fair assessment methods to refund claims. We have set parameters to practice justified and mutually agreeable solutions. Our policies are handled with appropriate measures to settle different claims arising from different assortments of needs and various business situations.

Coverage & Scope

When you file a complaint to Deftsoft, we first try to provide an ideal solution. Your case is initially introduced to the technical team and then escalated to the expert panel. Refunds are only made in extreme circumstances when nothing good can be done to solve the issue.

  • ▪ While planning for refunds, we check the validity of the case and apply different conditions to it. If these conditions are satisfied, a refund may be granted.
  • ▪ In case of dissatisfaction or any other development dispute, a refund can't be claimed. The issues with the project are beyond the scope of rectification/resolution/fixing.
  • ▪ We do not violate any agreement condition outlined in the agreement that was signed before accepting the order.
  • ▪ Clients cannot use any of our information or resources during the development of their project, such as server space or domain names.
  • ▪ You can claim a project refund only within 3 working days after returning the placed order. A refund for your payment can be requested (if you choose to discontinue the project with us) only if the development is still in the initial phase.
  • ▪ In the case of mobile apps, there is no claim of dissatisfaction with UI/UX Design.
  • ▪ The claim does not arise from any billing dispute coming from your bank or payment vendor.

Note: If you do not provide the necessary documents, your claim will be considered void. The decision regarding refunds is final and cannot be changed.

How Will the Refund Process Work?

  • ▪ The refund query is processed, analyzed, and checked for accuracy.
  • ▪ Matched with acceptable parameters and valid reference points.
  • ▪ Refunds are arranged in permissible situations and settled fully or partially, as appropriate.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel service renewals for ongoing website promotion and marketing services, you must notify us at least 7 business days prior to the end of the current service period. Requests received after the specified time period will be considered cancellations of services. To initiate the cancellation, please submit a Request for Cancellation through the proper channel and provide a written confirmation (service name and duration must be mentioned in the letter). After receiving the Cancellation request, the entire amount or any deduction will be refunded via the original method of payment, which might take time.

Note: There will be no extra payment in case of delays.
