Deftsoft Christmas Celebration 2019

What a wonderful way to end 2019! The Deftsoft family came together on 25 December to celebrate the Christmas event, filled with cheer, camaraderie and festive spirit. From the decorations to the games, it was an afternoon that reflected the true spirit of togetherness at Deftsoft.

The office was decked in festive red and white, with twinkling lights, garlands and a beautifully decorated Christmas tree greeting everyone as they entered. Many team members came dressed in their holiday best, some in Santa hats, others in elegant seasonal outfits, adding even more joy to the atmosphere.

The celebration kicked off with a warm welcome from our leadership team, who thanked every member for their hard work and dedication through the year. 2019 has been a year of growth and achievements, and this gathering was a moment to pause, reflect and celebrate those wins together.

Fun and laughter were very much the order of the day. We had engaging team games, the much-loved “Secret Santa” gift exchange, light-hearted contests and plenty of music that had people dancing, chatting and enjoying the moment. There was also a photo-wall where people clicked memories, captured smiles and shared snapshots of this special day.

Of course, festive treats were on offer, delicious snacks, cakes, cookies and hot beverages spread around so everyone could grab a bite, mingle and celebrate in relaxed style. The event wasn’t just about having fun; it was about reinforcing the culture at Deftsoft of being more than just a workplace , being a community.

As the year draws to a close, this Christmas celebration acted as a perfect bridge into the next chapter. Spirits were high, resolutions were shared and teams left the celebration energized and ready for the opportunities ahead in 2020. It was a fitting end to a great year and a promising prelude to the next.
