Deftsoft Christmas Celebration 2018

At Deftsoft, the festive mood was bright and lively as we assembled to make Christmas 2018 a fashionable celebration! The daylight of December came, and our team at the Mohali campus gathered together to laugh, be warm, and experience that special feeling that makes Deftsoft so special.

At the very beginning, the office was turned into a merry winterland. It had twinkling lights, ornaments of all colours and a well-decorated Christmas tree that set the tone. The team members came dressed in festive clothes, some wearing Santa hats and others colourful seasonal attire, all eager to have a great celebration.

The leadership team started the programme with a warm welcome, reminiscing about the year, highlighting accomplishments, recognizing everyone's efforts, and giving a thank-you message for how unity and commitment make the Deftsoft family what it is. Next came the fun part: spirited games, a Secret Santa gift exchange with surprises and music, which kept the mood high until the end of the day. The jokes and amusing competition in the games resonated with our company's culture of unity and joy.

There is no holiday celebration like a good treat, and our Christmas 2018 was not an exception. A buffet of Christmas delicacies, cakes, cookies, snacks saw everyone mingling, chatting, and cheering. The photo wall also photographed most of these happy moments, co-workers smiling, giving each other gifts, having snacks, and spending time together.

This was not a mere fun event, but a wake-up call to what will always be important at Deftsoft: our people, our common place, and the thrill of the unknown. Towards the end of the year we all gathered to not only serve as a means of ushering in the Christmas spirit, but also to reinvest our unity, anticipate new challenges and our re-dedication to excellence.
