Baisakhi Celebration 2016

At Deftsoft, festivals are not just festive events but a chance to gather, enjoy together, and cement the ties that bind our workplace in a family. This year, we gathered to celebrate Baisakhi, the colourful harvest festival that marks the start of a new year in Punjab and is a sign of good fortune, happiness, and thanksgiving.

The office was decorated with colour, music and laughter. The team members made Baisakhi come alive with their lovely traditional clothes. The day began with a genuine wish and a smile, followed by enjoyable activities, traditional dances, and music that had people standing. Dhol was playing throughout the premises, creating the right atmosphere for a celebration.

Punjab cannot have a complete celebration without tasting food! The team also served a variety of traditional meals, which further blessed the day. The team-building activity of having a meal together brought us closer as a company. It helped us to remember that collaboration and unity are the core of the Deftsoft culture.

Along with the entertainment and celebrations, Baisakhi 2016 also served as a symbol of Deftsoft's values: appreciation for our success, prospects, and the fact that we are one team. Such events not only help celebrate culture but also leave lasting memories, and everyone is encouraged to be as energetic and positive as possible in their work.

One of our best events of 2016 was the Baisakhi Celebration, because Deftsoft had the faith that when we collaborate, rejoice together, and develop together, success would come our way.
