Biography
Sanchit leads Deftsoft’s HR function with over 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, employee development, and organizational culture. He oversees the full employee lifecycle across the agency’s teams of designers, developers, marketers, and business professionals, from recruitment and onboarding through to performance management and learning programs. At Deftsoft, he works closely with department heads to develop HR initiatives that directly support each team’s needs rather than operating as a separate administrative function. He also directs the agency’s internship and early-career programs, playing a hands-on role in identifying and developing the next generation of talent at Deftsoft.
